If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer you an extended 30-day commercial guarantee to allow you to test your product with complete peace of mind.
Terms :
- The product must be returned in a clean, complete and undamaged condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- This warranty does not apply to products that are clearly damaged by misuse.

1) Our commitment
You have a simple return policy within 30 days from the date you receive your order. This policy applies in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Consumer Code).
2) Eligibility requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- New, unused and in perfect condition for resale;
- In its complete original packaging (box, bags, instructions, accessories, protective materials, any gifts);
- Accompanied by the order number.
Exclusions for hygiene reasons: Opened or used cartridges/filters cannot be returned, unless they are found to be defective. Items damaged by improper installation or misuse are not eligible.
3) Defective or damaged products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the problem;

After validation, we offer replacement, exchange, or refund.
Return shipping costs for a confirmed defective product are covered by Klear (or we provide a prepaid label).
4) Initiate a return (non-defective product)
- Write to hello@myklear-official.com indicating: name, order number, product reference, reason and wish (refund or exchange).
- We are sending you the return authorization and instructions.
- Return the item by mailat the address indicated (see §9),at your expense.
- Keep the proof of deposit and use atracked/insured shippingUntil the package is received, it remains your responsibility.
No restocking fees apply.
5) Exchanges
We accept exchanges (same conditions as above).
– If the replacement item has a different price, we will adjust the difference (invoice or refund).
– Exchanges of opened/used products are not possible unless there is a proven defect.
6) Reimbursement deadlines and procedures
Upon receipt and inspection of your package, we will initiate the refund within 3 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
– Initial shipping costs are non-refundable (except for returns due to defects).
– Please then allow for standard bank processing times (1 to 5 days depending on the bank).
7) Non-refundable items
- Cartridges/filters opened or used (excluding defects).
- Incomplete, damaged or used items.
- Gifts/goodies not returned with the original product.
- Missing boxes or damaged original packaging.
8) Gift orders, packs and promotions
- Packages: partial returns may impact the discounted price; the adjustment will be recalculated.
- Gifts associated with an order: they must be returned if the return cancels the condition of obtaining them.
- Gift cards: non-refundable.

10) Package refused / incomplete address
Parcels returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed, or refused delivery can be refunded excluding shipping costs, or reshipped after payment of new shipping costs.
