Yes, the Klear shower head is universal. It screws onto all standard hoses (G1/2 thread).
No special installation is required.
How long does the filter last?
The filters should be changed every 2 to 3 months, depending on the water quality in your area and how often you use the device.
Replacement filters are available on our website. You can also subscribe to our service to receive your filters automatically every 3 months.
Is the Klear shower head environmentally friendly?
Yes. It reduces your water consumption, extends the life of your appliances (less limescale), and its filters are replaceable without having to throw away the entire shower head.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin or for children?

Which countries do you deliver to ?
Klear currently delivers throughout the United States and the European Union.
What are the delivery times ?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, and delivered within 4 to 7 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order ?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track your package at any time on the carrier's website.
What are the delivery charges ?
Delivery is free on all orders.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Can I return my product?
Yes. You have 30 days after receipt to return your order if you are not completely satisfied.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- To be in perfect condition, unused, without any signs of wear or limescale.
- Must be in its complete original packaging (box, instructions, filters included).
- Please include proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Damaged, soiled, incomplete or used products cannot be refunded.
Returns are at the customer's expense, unless the product received is:
- Defective or damaged upon delivery,
- Not as ordered (wrong model, wrong color, shipping error).
In these cases, Klear covers the return shipping costs.
How do I make a return?
To make a return, follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service at support@myklear-official.com specifying your order number, the reason for the return and, if applicable, a photo of the product concerned.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the exact address of the return center.
- If the return is not due to an error by Klear (product received as described, but change of mind or personal preference), the customer must ship the package by their own means to the address indicated by email, choosing the carrier of their choice.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (defective product, damaged product, wrong color or model sent), Klear will provide a prepaid return label and will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
The product must be carefully packaged in its complete original packaging and accompanied by the order number.
We recommend shipping the package with a tracking number to prevent any loss during transit.
When will I be reimbursed?
After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions (used, damaged, missing packaging), Klear reserves the right to issue a partial refund or refuse the return.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes, exchanges are possible in the following situations:
- You received a damaged, defective or incorrect product (wrong model or color).
- You would like a standard exchange for a new product (same model).
Exchanges for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong color) are accepted only if the product is new, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are then the responsibility of the customer.
Defective products or order error
In the event of a defective or damaged product, or an error in your order (model, color, quantity), please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@myklear-official.com .
We will arrange an exchange or a full refund at no extra cost.
Non-refundable items
For hygiene reasons, any product that has been installed, come into contact with water, or used cannot be refunded.
Opened or used filters cannot be returned.

- Unscrew the lower part of the knob and the upper part
- Remove the old filters
- Place the new filters and screw them back in.
